Yes, I do. It is http://www.facebook.com/treasuredhungarianfamilyrecipes
Am looking for a recipe but cannot find it. It is a pastry which a friend
of mine gave to me years ago. One layer was an apple mixture, then
a layer of dough, then anothe layer with a walnut filling, then another
layer of dough. Would you know what I am talking about????
Hi, I’m sorry but somehow your comment went into the spam folder. I only found it now, as I was clearing them. I think you might be talking about “almas pite” which is an apple square. Some people layer it, some people don’t. I will include my link for a video. It could aslo be another recipe that one doesn’t have apples only apr. jam, walnutrs, whipeed egg whites and pastry. But it sounds a lot like what you’re looking for. It is difficult to pinpoint the recipe because sometimes pastry recipes change from household to household. Women also like to add their own touch so many times there are dozens of variations to a single recipe. But I will try to find it for your. For now enjoy this video recipe and thank you once agian for your comment. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5EWpmAkKvQ4
